Q: Why pass-through function doesn’t work?
A: 1. When the USB-C1 port is input, both USB-C2 and USB-A can output normally.
2. When the USB-C2 port is input, the USB-C1 can output normally.
*Note: If the USB-C2 port is used for input, the USB-A port cannot output, because the USB-C2 port and the USB-A port are in the same circuit.
1. There are two main factors that determine the fast charging of power bank:
(1) The charging cable supports fast charging
(2) The device being charged supports fast charging
2. Please check the following questions yourself
(1) Does the device itself support fast charging?
(2) Is the device’s fast charging protocol a private protocol?
(3) Does the charging cable used support fast charging?
(4) Is the device’s battery level close to 80% or above?
3. The corresponding questions are explained as follows
(1) If your device does not support the fast charging protocol, fast charging cannot be achieved using the M25 power bank
(2) The M25 power bank supports most of the fast charging protocols on the market, such as QC2.0/QC3.0/PD3.0/PPS/QC4+, etc. However, the fast charging of some devices is a proprietary protocol, such as the VOOC protocol. M25 does not support fast charging for these private protocol devices.
(3) If the charging cable you are using is not a fast charging cable, please try changing the fast charging cable. Tips: The charging cable included with the M25 power bank package is a 100W fast charging cable.
(4) If your device is connected to a power bank when the battery is 80% or above, your device will enter trickle mode, which is the normal charging mode, so fast charging cannot be achieved. You can try again when the battery is lower than 80%.
